Troy Roeder - Owner/Handyman
Jack of All Trades - Master of One
From the time of my youth, I always worked with my father helping him fix or build whatever he was working on. He was a tool and die maker by trade and I followed in his footsteps earning my tool and die state certification in 1994.
Right before entering high school, we built our own house, doing most of the work ourselves and overseeing subcontractors to help us. That is where I picked up a lot of building skills that I have used and built on over the years, remodeling 3 homes since then.
All this was done while I worked in a plastic injection molding company for 30 years. I worked as a tool and die maker there for 22 years and then moved up to tooling engineer, and maintenance superintendent. As a maintenance superintendent I gained experience overseeing the maintenance department, including machine repairmen, electricians, and tool and die makers, as well as working with contractors to keep the building and equipment in good condition.
I have learned to do pretty much everything for myself. Sometimes when we go on vacation, my wife and kids tell me You don't always have to fix everything
. I guess fixing things is a habit.
I started my own company in 2015 to take care of my dad's rental properties so he could go to Florida in the winter. In November of 2020 the plant that I worked at closed down, so now I have the opportunity to work for myself as a full time handyman.
In summary - If you need anything done, I can make it happen!
